
HubSpot announced that it has completed the acquisition of Clearbit, a data provider.

Over 400,000 users rely on Clearbit’s robust data across 20 million companies and 500 million decision-makers to identify high-fit prospects, understand purchase intent, and effectively connect with customers.
Clearbit will be integrated into the Hubspot suite of products. It fills a gap in their offering that was, until now, filled by third party vendors, of which, Clearbit was one.
